Jenna Laurenzo is the Director, Writer, Producer and Star of Lez Bomb. Lez Bomb made its world premiere at Geena Davis’ 2018 Bentonville Film Festival where it won the best narrative jury award. The film had a 15-city theatrical release, and its digital release ended up trending on iTunes charts, On Demand, and Amazon. Lez Bomb was executive produced by Bobby Farrelly (There’s Something About Mary, Dumb & Dumber) and stars Oscar® winner Cloris Leachman, Oscar® nominee Bruce Dern, Kevin Pollak, Deirdre O’Connell, Steve Guttenberg, Elaine Hendrix, Brandon Micheal Hall and more.
Lez Bomb was Laurenzo’s follow-up to her short film, Girl Night Stand (directed/written/starring Laurenzo), an internet hit that garnered over 3+ million views on YouTube, 500k on Vimeo, and it even went viral in China which is a whole other story! Girl Night Stand drove online cultural conversation for months. Jenna created Girl Night Stand to demonstrate audience engagement to investors and raise money for Lez Bomb. This proof of concept helped demonstrate where the built in audience lived online, and which presses pieces drove the most impactful traffic. These in depth analytics ended up being used through Lez Bomb’s distribution plan.
